Amerant Bank’s David Boerger Joins Camillus House Board of Directors
The Bank furthers its commitment to serving the local community
MIAMI – Amerant Bank, the second largest community bank headquartered in Florida, announced today that David Boerger, Senior Vice President, Head of Business Banking in Florida, has been appointed to the Camillus House Board of Directors. Boerger’s appointment furthers Amerant’s commitment to serving the needs of the greater community, while helping give the poor and the homeless a second chance at life.
Founded in 1960, Camillus House is a non-profit organization that provides a full range of humanitarian services for those looking for a second chance at life. Alongside other members of the Board, Boerger will work to further Camillus’ mission of transitioning people to a new life of self-sufficiency by offering services and essential needs, including: food, clothing, shelter, in addition to providing addiction counseling services, behavioral health assistance, job training, as well as health care.
