As part of our sustainability program, Impact, Amerant has launched a comprehensive women’s development initiative that includes executive training through Exec Online. This 12-month program includes coaching sessions and management courses from prestigious institutions like Columbia Business School, Yale School of Management, and Stanford School of Business.
The multicultural resource group which has 142 members as of 2023 serves as a networking and social event forum through in-person and online events allowing members from different locations and teams to collaborate and interact outside of formal settings encouraging relationships to grow.
This resource group allows leaders and team members to host and drive events geared towards empowering and enabling team members to grow within Amerant Bank. It also gives a space to bring awareness to different causes including Breast Cancer awareness month.
This resource group is meant to encourage younger team member’s to get more involved with Amerant Bank’s programs while facilitating courses and events meant to help with their career development and networking.

Our community came together at the Amerant Bank 5K benefitting United Way Miami. Thank you to everyone who participated and volunteered, your support is helping to create a brighter future for Miami.
We joined the American Lung Association’s at loanDepot park and took on 1,700 steps. Every step helped raise funds for lung health and research, including support for those battling respiratory diseases.
This year’s Live Like Bella Superhero 5K brought together an incredible community committed to raising awareness and supporting vital research against cancer.
We teamed up with the Miami HEAT, Miami-Dade County’s DERM, and the Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida for an incredible tree-planting event at Camp Mahachee! Together, we planted 500 native trees, making strides toward a greener, more sustainable future.
We proudly joined local CEOs and business leaders at Habitat for Humanity’s annual CEO Build event, coming together to construct homes, foster community, and support families on their journey to homeownership.
We partnered with Sedano’s to distribute 40,000 reusable bags designed by our own team member, Alexis Dominguez. The design of each bag was inspired by the Hispanic influence woven into our local communities. Proceeds from the bags will support Centro Mater Foundation, Inc.
